Reopening information for parents and carers
Please see the links below for all information we have sent out to help you prepare for the reopening of our school.
School leaders and staff have been very busy preparing for when all pupils return to school and this preparation will continue on our INSET day. We are delighted to be reopening and can't wait to fill our school full of children.
We will require your support to continue to keep everyone safe as we adapt to living with the Covid 19 virus. The letters and links below provide all of the information you will need and explain how you can help us. These have been sent out to all parents.
We have also added 2 videos to our school Facebook page to explain the one way system for drop off.
Please click here for detailed return to school information.

Other Information:
- If you have children that need dropping off in 2 parts of the school in the same time window, please prioritise the youngest first, follow the one way system and then go to KS2. The 15 minute openings should give you enough time to do both without being late if you arrive at school promptly.
- All classroom entrances in EYFS and KS1 have their own signs. KS2 come in through the stairwells. We have produced videos which have been shared on the school Facebook page and FOS Year groups pages.
- Year 3 enter the building at the far stairwell. Anning is the first classroom and Columbus is the second classroom.
- There will be no free fruit from the DFE in the first 2 weeks as far as we know for EYFS and KS1.
- All children should bring a healthy snack. This should ideally be fresh fruit or veg or a healthy snack bar. No chocolate, and mosts crisps if eaten daily are high in fat and salt and not appropriate.
- We are a nut free school - please respect this as it could have fatal consequences for some of our children.
- School dinners cost £2.20 per meal and we require parents to preload Parentpay to avoid building up a deficit.
- If your circumstances have changed over the break and you feel that you may be entitled to Free School Meals please click the link below. The school gets extra funding for children that received FSM so this is also very helpful to us.
- Please update us with your contact details if they have changed over the break, including details of emergency contacts.
